Choose to Smile in Meditation

Move between states of thoughtlessness , mindfulness and smiling during meditation instead of moving from meditation to worrying... do not worry immediately after meditation . Ask the worries to come ten minutes later . Focus on a non negative state of mind after meditation on feeling thoughtless, positive daydreaming , progressive relaxation or chanting mantras.

Stay positive or mindful 51 percent of the day

Stay deliberately focused on mindfulness or positive thinking more than half the day. Doing meditation for one hour and staying negative all day does not help much. Be mindful of your feelings all day and try to be in a state of gratitude, thankfulness or imagining the life you desire than focusing on worrying or deprivation. Eat healthy over junk to feel healthy and positive within.

Positive Thinking requires Discipline

There is depth in positive thinking which is not there is shallow happiness. Several people become depressed one day after alcohol parties, impotent after casual sex or get anxiety attacks after excessive junk eating. Be aware of cause and effect and make your mental peace a priority over shallow happiness.
