Lewis Richmond was an early disciple of Zen Master Shunryu Suzuki Roshi and is an authorized Zen Buddhist teacher in the Suzuki lineage. He has written four books, including the national bestseller Work As A Spiritual Practice: A Practical Buddhist Approach to Inner Growth and Satisfaction on the Job (1999) and the recently published Aging as a Spiritual Practice: A Contemplative Guide to Growing Older and Wiser (2012). Lewis leads The Vimala Sangha (www.vimalasangha.org) a Buddhist meditation group based in Mill Valley, CA where he lives, and is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post (www.huffingtonpost.com/lewis-richmond).
