English meaning:

The Lord says that humans must know and understand that prakṛiti / maya or deluding material-sensual nature of world and puruṣh/one's individual souls, which both are beginningless / eternal. Furthermore, one must know that all transformations of the body and the three modes of nature (sattva, rajas, and tamas) are produced by Maya.
