Anyone who says that they have not faced pain or rejection is probably lying --- life does not come with a guarantee card and more often than not, there are phases in life that sees more pain and suffering for us than happiness --- as they say, life is always a roller coaster ride. You go up and then come crashing down!
And if the usual troubles in life are not enough --- there is always heartbreak. When you suddenly break away from someone you have loved with all your heart --- its like your heart is crushed to a thousand pieces. Your heart feels that you might never be cope with the pain, but you do. The good thing is that we are not alone in this. There will always be someone who believes in you and who helps to make you see the world in a better light.
And if it gives you any consolation, even celebs are not spared by the pain of heartbreak. Hollywood actor Jennifer Aniston recently talked about her heartache at the annual Giffoni Film Festival in Italy. She says that she has probably lost count on the number of times she has faced heart break.
