Roadies X4 is shaping up really well. More than the core theme of the show, which is about focusing on the strength both physical and mental of an individual, this time, the show has come up with some brilliant stories to watch out for. Some are inspirational while some will break your heart.
There's a strong willed woman who dresses the way she wants to but can fight the world. And there was Nasreen from Lucknow. A story that not only touched our hearts but also broke it.
An acid attack survivor, Nasreen spoke about the different struggles she had to face in her life. Born to parents who put her for adoption, she was brought up by her uncle and aunt who never cared much for her. Hastily, they got her married off to this crazy husband who would indulge in domestic violence and hit Nasreen if things went wrong. Bot just that, when Nasreen complained to her uncle, he never paid heed. It was after she asked for a divorce that her husband planned an acid attack on her.
Talking about the pains she went through post the attack when everyone isolated her and she had to stay in a khandar all by herself with eyes that won't close, Nasreen still managed to smile her way away.
Strong spirited and inspiring, this woman is more than any man of steel! Her story touched the judges too. Neha Dhupia could not control her tears whereas Rannvijay Singh Singha made her sit at the judges' chair and asked her to judge them. After all, this woman truly deserves a salute.
