Our challenge of life is to keep a constant connection with our source Power ‑ the Creator, the Universal Power, God ‑ whatever you may choose to call it. What is the biggest problem in life? This illusion of the world ‑ the Maya or the Samsara ‑ it detaches us and takes us away from the source Power. It confuses us and swirls us round and round. It puts us in attractions and distractions of the senses and the mind, and we lose our connection with the source Power.
This is our failure because only with the deep and constant connection to the source ‑ through Yoga (including the four types: Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Gyana Yoga, and Raaj Yoga) ‑ we are out of the state of the waker he dreamer, and the sleeper, and we are in the state of Turiya. When we are constantly in Yoga, we are constantly in Turiya and we are constantly connected to the source Power. This must be the goal of our life. It is called God-realization because when you realize the self, you’re still the self, and you've still not attained God-realization.
God-realizat- ion happens when you are completely connected to the source Power or God. Then, the Power starts flowing through you. You start seeing that Power in every part of creation, in every being, and in every molecule of this Universe ‑ when you see it in everything, you have not just realized yourself, but already realized God. This is called enlightenment.
