It can be very difficult to learn how to self motivate when we get up with negativity .Focus on gratitude and adapt to an abundance mindset . Be thankful for all the good things in our life and steer our focus from all the things we wish we had .Stop comparing ourselves to others and understand life is happening for us .The more we look at everything good in our life , ,the more of it we will attract and easier it will be to self-motivate to attract even more .Have positive attitude in our life .
