Emotions Are Vibrations in Motion

Vibrations/emotions create reality. To manifest anything in your life, you need to match its frequency in someway like you set a radio frequency to hear specific songs. Whenever you are manifesting, you are being specific on what you desire. The frequency of that desire has to come in you much before the physical manifestation happens. When you feel emotionally motivated towards a desire, only then the desire manifests. Action comes after emotional focus.

Emotions multiply into Actions

If you deny emotions, you are saying you do not want positivity in your life. Positivity or happiness are clusters of positive emotions. You maybe correct in denying negative emotions but you maybe indulging more in negativity, anger, depression or unhappiness by denial of emotions. You can never stay alive unless you feel from the heart. The heart requires negative or positive feelings to stay alive as you cannot always stay in a neutral gear. Positivity is trained. Negativity is automatic

Detachment is an Intermittent Emotion

You cannot be positive all the time as being positive is an emotionally uplifting situation like exercising or climbing a mountain. Positive vibrational frequency has to be followed by intermittent states of rest attained by meditation and detachment and then , the upliftment has to be restarted. Manifestation is like physical exercise. You have to practise it to feel mentally positive and healthy. If you are not forcing yourself to feel positive , you will automatically be negative

Misery is Scientifically Created Than By Other People

Karma moves scientifically and misery is scientific. Science can be paranormal or rational but it follows a cause and effect phenomenon, has a hypothesis which is testable & a result which can be repeated. Karmic punishments are the same for different crimes done by different people in different circumstances. They are inflicted through negative emotions experienced by the person through actions of different people.
